Rested for 6 years in 30-year-old Grande Champagne cognac casks, this spirit - the third release in our series of cask-finished rums - is an elegant sipper the color of old gold. Lush aromas of apricot preserve, warm toffee, and honeysuckle harmoniously blend with flavors of aged cognac, dark cocoa, and lightly toasted oak to create an extraordinary spirit with a creamy mouthfeel and a long, clean finish.
